Don’t get me wrong I am a Pinterest girly. I have more boards than I can count and it is my happy place. However, it’s my vision board, of what I want my future life to feel like and how I can achieve it. Your Pinterest board is not a replica of your life, it’s inspiration.
Your memories are to be cherished. We share them with friends and family but we also curate photo album to keep on the coffee table, hunt down the perfect frames for our walls and look at them daily.
When I started this journey someone said, “These look like the images in my Grandma’s photo book, and it makes me remember my childhood”.
That is the intention here, so let’s capture them today.
What do you want to remember clearly?
Maternity
Whether this is your first bump, second or fourth, they are all each a different moment in time. Prep the nursery, snuggle up on the couch, show that bump off at the beach. How do you want to remember each one?
Newborn / First Year
From their first lil smiles, to their tiny toes let’s capture their first year. In your arms, with their siblings, or wrapped up with Grandma and Grandpa. There is no limit to how you remember this new stage of their life.
Young Family
There is nothing more precious than hearing a child’s laugh in a photograph. During these sessions I'm the biggest advocate of letting children be children. Explore their hobbies, their favourite park, or have them help you bake if that’s your weekend vibe!
Engagement / Proposal
It’s not just a boulder, it’s a rock! It’s a big beautiful new rock!
Let’s show that ring offfff, but in a way that’s you! Picnic at the beach? Favourite restaurant or cafe? First date spot? Make this moment unique to your story because this is where it begins.
Looking to keep it a secret to surprise your partner? We can do that too, I’ll hide in a bush, wear camo and do whatever you need to surprise the love of your life.
You & Your Pets
No one has to tell me twice what it means to have a soul pet, or pets. Our devices may be fullllll of the photos we take of them on a daily basis but let’s take some time and photograph you with them, snuggled on a couch, fetch at the park, whatever their favourite activity is you get to do it with them and have it documented.
The big day, you’ve put so much thought and effort into this and it IS a lot of work. You’ll want to have all of that work captured, because during the day you’re probably not going to take it in. Why? Cause you’re in loooove and are focused on the person across from you. Which is totally valid!
I’ll be there, capturing every tear, laugh, carefully hand selected flower and table decoration. But I’ll also get your family members looking at you in awe, the DJ hyping the crowd up and you’ll get to relive it time after time.
